There are some apartments that are serviced which are perfect for those who are looking at a shorter stay that will come with kitchen utensils and soft furnishings and even maid services.
Most apartments will have laundry facilities which will be in a common area for all tenants to use, or each apartment could have their own facilities. It will depend on when the building was built and its design, utilities such as your electric, heating, and water could be included in the apartment or it may be separate for each unit and billed directly to the tenant.
